yes its perfectly normal - my guess is that its due to liquids being lost from your system and your body breaking down and using (e.g. releasing the energy) food you have eaten that day
May I suggest that you weigh yourself once a week? Your body weight will fluctuate all the time, due to liquids and hormones etc, and there is nothing more demoralising than "being good" all day and then finding you are heavier than you were. With most people this leads to giving up the diet, binge eating, and self-loathing, before the cycle starts again. HIDE your scales, draw yourself a graph, and weigh yourself once a week, on Monday mornings. This will actually give you a chance to lose a couple of pounds without fearing that you have put it back on again.
As Scarlett has said, stick to weighing yourself just once a week, but also it is important to either weigh in the morning OR the evening and then stick to the same time each week.  It's normal to gain 2 - 3 lbs during the course of a day, due to eating throughout the day and other physiological factors, so if you weigh one week in the morning and the following week in the evening, it'll look as though you havn't lost anything at all!!  Gutting!!  Good luck with the weight loss xx :)
