Does bust boosting gel really work? It says it makes your busts swell through a "clinically proven" process called vasodilation, which makes the capillary matrix expand. Is this possible?

Vasodilation is widening of blood vessels resulting from relaxation of the muscular wall of the vessels. What widens is actually the diameter of the interior (the lumen) of the vessel. The opposite of vasoconstriction.
Judging by this medical dictionary definition, if the bust booster gel does work like this then yes it would work, but obviously with things like this you must be aware that they could just be money making schemes.

Maybe asking your doctor could help!
