pulling my hair out

Done everything step by step for avatar but still keeps telling me avatar not active.Read all your replies but still nothing.What more can I do thanks as not got much hair left. Thanks.

You clicked the box in your profile edit page and updated using the button at the bottom ?
You set the icon to a G rating at the other website ?

hi yes done all that. but not got an icon to click on edit page.

move your cursor to just under the first letter of the words say avatar not active on edit your profile page
there is a box there that shows up when you click on it

I had this problem yesterday. Today i checked my profile and I didn't have a box to click either even tried running the cursor all round the area to see if it could find it but still nothing. In desperation I did the Ctrl + F5 then clicked on update details and the avatar was accepted.

Maybe you should just keep it as it looks like you'll be unique pretty quickly.
