Was bent slightly forward (not much) and it felt like something in the bottom right-hand side of my stomach had gone into a knot (it didn't hurt but was unpleasant) - don't really want to go to the doctors on a wild goose chase. Thanks.

Is it still like that or did it stop?

It went as quickly as it came but it made me feel really queasy - I don't do any regular exercise so I haven't 'pulled' anything.
I've had that, it's like a bit of twisted gut (if you don't mind me saying so). It goes, it's like something got caught while you bent down?
Could it be a muscle that went into spasm?
Question Author
Yes - it suddenly came and went and just made me feel a bit odd (I am a big baby when it comes to me being ill or maybe having something wrong).
Some kind of cramp maybe or just things not appreciating the way you were bent forward.

I'd be more concerned if it had stayed like that (or did it whenever you bent forward) or was stilll causing you pain or sickness.
No big deal....muscular spasm.
Could be dehydration. Try drinking water and see if it goes away. When the duodenum is dehydrated it sends food back into the stomach, which in turn sends acid into the oesophagus, known as reflux. Don't bother with medication, just take water. Whether you have reflux or not, water could still help as dehydration is responsible for many digestive tract disorders. If water doesn't do the trick see your doctor, it could be a hernia.
