Rhubarb ANYTHING is my favourite. I even grow it.

Tesco Rhubarb Crumble
Waitrose Rhubarb Fools
Tinned Rhubarb and Birds ... etc

That is a coincidence I've been given a bagful of rhubarb today, haven't cooked it with ginger before but I have a piece of fresh ginger in the fridge, I might give it a go tomorrow.

I used to think that until I tried it BOO - but rhubarb crumble with a smidging of freshly grated ginger gives it a bit of zing - if that's the right word!

I ate mine much earlier with some low fat evap milk - mmmm!

Your home made ice cream tastes sounds delish rowanwitch!
