Thanks i head before!! Then someone said i can lose or gain upto 3pounds in a day depending on what time ov day!! Confused much!? Think ill stick to morning then... Same time.. And weekly.. Thanks guys x
You normally weigh less in the morning before you've eaten anything so that's the best time as far as I'm concerned. I read somewhere that if you go on a diet, don't weigh yourself for two weeks as it takes that long to lose the weight (or put it on, I suppose).
