Releasing Your Spirit

I've read & heard quite a lot about this subject , I understand the American military have done experiments in this field ( getting agents to let their spirit leave their body & travel somewhere & then describe things they saw when they got back to their body ) has any A/Ber had experience of this & if so how is it done ? Please only give genuine answers as I find this subject quite fascinating & do not require foolish answers. Ron.

..or remote sensing. For my money this goes in the same file as alien abductions and spoon bending. Thing being, if people can do it, then why aren't they doing it to some good effect.

There was a very famous book on this subject written many years ago by Muldoon and Carrington...prob. still in print. It was called ' Projection of the Astral Body', I have it somewhere on the bookshelf. It is nothing new. I had a go at it myself following all the instructions/guidelines in the book but I couldn't do it!

yogasun, I have the book you mention,which I must admit I skipped a lot of in order to get to the nitty gritty ( how to do it ) but like you I didn't get anywhere ,which is not to say it doesn't work for some. Back to the drawing board. Ron.
