If there is no bleeding it is almost certainly nothing to worry about. Even if there is slight bleeding it may mean nothing. My daughter has had them all through the first three months of pregnancy - especially around the time when she should have been having a period. But go and have a chat to your doctor or midwife. They are far and away the best people to set your mind at rest.
Firstly, if you're worried, phone your mid-wife or GP. My wife has had the same (12 weeks pregnant) and has been reassured by the mid-wife that it's simply the muscles readjusting. Also, with the readjustments in prep for 'the big swell' weaker muscles are being used too which are easy to pull. Hope this helps! Only 2 weeks to the big scan! Good luck.

would echo the above posts. My best pal had similar pains and was told it was the muscles re-adjusting etc. Not uncommon apparently, but can give you a wee scare in the early weeks of pregnancy. Why not just phone your midwife for re-assurance? She'll be hapopy to speak to you, as that's what they are there for. Good luck with it all. Enjoy your pregnancy - it's just a fantastic experience.
