Well, it seems that you are a "great big mess" at the moment, but nothing that cannot be sorted and treated.
Your heavy periods and abnormal clotting are almost certainly related and once treated may ease you menorrhagia and that may alleviate the need for a hysterectomy. However if you want/ need a hysterectomy it will be safe to proceed with the blood disorder identified.
I can think of no reason to associate your alopecia with your blood disorder.
If the abnormality had shown up a year ago and you were not informed, then it could not have been serious.
The key to your whole medical condition lies with the diagnosis after seeing the Haematologist who will need further blood tests. Don't Google "abnormalities of clotting" as you will confuse and probably scare yourself. Most of these are not life threatening and are easily treated.
The alopecia MAY be due to your anxiety.
