Cant stop weeing

So they say that drinking lots of water is good for you, so thats what I've been doing. I've been drinking a big glass every hour or so, but I cant stop weeing. About every 20 minutes or so! Anything apart from stopping drinking water that may stop me going so much.

4get. Loads of the water we need is taken in through food. Tea and other drinks count for water as well. You don't need a big glass of water every hour or so.

I wondered why the road is flooded this afternoon and they have diverted the traffic!!

wee should be a light straw colour - if it is - then you are probably getting enough liquids... if its darker. then you may be dehydrated....

you might want to slow down about now though - or you'll be up all night on the loo!!!

If you also eat some dried fruit and/or Oaty Crunch ceral it will absorb the water and slow down the need to wee. Water needs to be drunk but it depends on the temperature and dryness of the air, how much.

4get - but needing/wanting to drink loads of water is one of the signs of diabetes! The wee follows (naturally!)
