I think if you have emailed the seller a few times then you need to go to the resolution centre on ebay. If you go onto ebay, at the top there is a help button, just put the cursor on that and chose resolution centre. It then comes up with an option that if you've paid for an item but not received it click on it to start the resolution process.
I've used it once and got my money refunded as soon as the waiting period was up. Good Luck

The same advice as above I have used it a few times and it either spurs the non payer on to pay or you get your money back
i have just tried to start a resolution tonight but must wait for a few more days ( Not sure how long since the sell date that you can begin a resolution )
quincy, paypal haven't "taken your money", you must have instructed them to pay the seller from your paypal account. Your problem is with the seller. Have you checked the seller's reputation (by clicking on their feedback numbers) to see if they have defaulted on a sale before? As muof3angels says, you must report straight away to the ebay resolution centre, it's easily done, they will take this up with the seller, and if the problem isn't resolved, they have the ability to refund your money and to claim it back from the seller. However, there is a time limit, I think it's 60 days, so hopefully you are still within that timescale? however, to be honest, 15 June isn't that long, it's only ten days if the seller sent second class or by parcel post - what is a bit worrying it that the seller's not answering your emails, but they might have gone away for a few days. There is no harm in reporting it though, if you feel worried about non-delivery.
go to thhe resolution center and they can get your money back for you providing that you have done the above :-)

I had same problem with this seller and I can't find anything on ebay now, can anyone help me with the ebay address so I can locate where I bought the memory stick from

Thanks
By the way I misread the paypal period of time I had to put the item into dispute and I'm over the limit now so they can't do anything about it. I've contacted my credit card company and put it into dispute with them. If anyone has any clue on the web site or ebay code for this sellar please let me know as I want to complain to ebay about it.
Thanks
