HOW can i sleep

the tablets i was given for hayfever...(previous post)...are not knocking me out as i expected...i do fall alseep but i wake up still 3 or 4 x a night....its driving me insane....cant use lavender sprays etc like i do sometimes as it just aggrivated my hayfever....i almost toying with taking two tablets just to get a nights sleep!!! but i probobly shouldnt.....helpppppp xx

tinkerbell23, hope you are not following England in the World Cup. If I was on Tablets I would take the whole bottle tonight after what I have just seen on TV !!!

My advice.

Promethazine 25mgms+Ibuprofen 400mgms last thing at night.
