Joko surely the amount of carbs in a tablet wouldn't be worth mentioning?
weigh them....they can't have more grams of carbs than they have grams in weight that way you will count the absolute max they can be, I think you will find they are not worth counting........ Why do you need fat metabolisers if you are counting carbs? low carb diets work better if they are higher fat don't they,?

actually its not just these ones im thinkin about, i take others such as berocca, kalms etc each day too...an normally i agree it would be a negligible amount but i have twive tried to do the 2 week atkins induction diet, where you are very strict an hav none at all for 2 week solid an both times it didnt work. i did a ketone test an there was none whatsover, even though not a single carb had passed my lips i 2 weeks...its suppossed to start in 2 days. i have the fat metabolisers actually for energy. mostly. i dont think atkins needs to be high fat, it jus sometimes is because of the nature of the foods eaten. i suppose i will just have to cut these tabs out for two weeks an see if it helps

If you are having problems getting going on atkins induction are you being strict about your drinks too I know caffiene seems to muck it up, so hopefully you are only douing water and decaf drinks Also zero cal drinks with aspartame can affect it too...
