How soon after conceiving can you expect to have symptoms like morning sickness and tender breasts?

In my case tingling breasts happened very early, just after missed period, but I didn't experience any nausea until about 6 - 8 weeks & I was never sick.  Morning sickness isn't compulsory!

I got very tender breasts just before my period was due and when it never arrived, I guessed the cause.  Was only about 3 weeks pregnant at the time. I had no nausea or sickness at any point.
