contact lens insertion

anyone had problems fitting fashion contact lenses? im having awful problems getting them in ,is there a foolproof way to do it??thanks in anticipation x

pull your bottom eyelid down,put lense on right index finger and look up and to the side. gently place lense on eyeball and you'll feel it start to slide upwards onto iris. keep bottom lid pulled downwards and move your eyeball up, down and side to side to make sure lense is secure.

took me a while to get used to it too but this definately works (even if my description isnt up to much!)

I find if you make your eye as wide as possible, and imagine sliding it onto the side of the eye (white bit) rather than the iris itself, and then it will slide across of it's own accord.Use lots of saline solution too, which is nice and cold, and makes insertion easier. Make sure your hands are scrupulously clean as even the tiniest particle of dust can be really painful on your eye.
