Don't know if you've had a good day or a bad day, but it never hurts to boost one's self esteem.

So... I challenge you to list a minimum of 5, and a maximum of 10, things you like about yourself. Don't be afraid to blow your own trumpet.

ooohh...can I add my somewhat wicked sarcasm...?
We don't do this enough - we are so good at being all things to other people, we are often not sufficiently acknowledging of our own talents and assets, and how others see us. Many years back an old lady said to my sister "I wish I were like your sister, she has such a lovely smile". Nobody had ever said that to/of me before, but I will never forget it. If we're good at being us, we should keep telling ourselves so - it's not bragging, it's self-confirmation.
