What age should you stop playing rugby?
8 Answers
I play rugby - am in my 30s and am just thinking if there is a specific age when you should retire? Like ALL players have a fair few niggly injuries and twinges....I dont want to do lasting damage as I also enjoy otehr activities such as running/cycling/swimming.

But if it is very competitive and injuries are common then it might be worth concentrating on the other sports you mentioned if you enjoy them . However if rugby is your main love then carry on until your body forces you to stop or you know you are letting the side down
