I haven't eaten chocolate or crisps for about 5 and a half weeks now and been eating healthier and going to the gym more often. I've started to notice a difference too, nearly lost half a stone! But recently my sister came down to visit so we went out for meals quite a lot and one time I couldn't resist pudding (a chocolate fondu but I made sure I mainly just ate strawberries and bananas!!) and I put on about two pounds. I know it's not much but it's so annoying! Anyway she left at the weekend so this week Im back to being good. My other sister who still lives with me made a chocolate coconut traybake (have you ever had it? It's AMAZING!) and that was soo hard to resist! So I tried a bit after she convinced me that it wasn't even alot of chocolate on it so it's not doing any harm and one piece led to three. Argh i feel so bad now!! So frustrating. Oopsie!

Oh for God's sake!

You're tieing yourself in knots over a couple of cakes? Get a grip! If you want cake, eat the bloody things, dont beat yourself up over it, life's too short.

I think you should be proud of the restraint you showed by not eating the whole tray.

A pack of Toy Story cupcakes somehow fell into my trolley yesterday and I suspect the choclately little lemmings will throw themselves off the shelf and into my mouth later tonight.
Just eat the frigging cake and if it bothers you that much, go do some exercise tomorrow. Food is supposed to be enjoyable!
sophie-do you/your sisters put milk in stew
if so is it semiskimmed/skimmed / full fat................?

hear hear CD!

Does my nut in when people eat something then crucify themselves over doing it. If you want it, eat the damn thing.
chocolate is one of your 5-a day so dont skimp on the important stuff
I'm off to make soup and sandwiches because I'm virtuous and good though Boo...

Oh ok, I'm having haddock chowder with cheese and onion rolls on the side! Can't wait :c)

Leaves and twigs again tonight is it? Or is Tuesday night 'dust and air' night ;-p

only if the shells are filled with meat
It's dust and air tomorrow night... Now will you be settling for just the three chocolate mooses for desert this evening or are you going to require a side of cheese cake as well? ;oP
Look... those mousses were 90% air ok...
^ I'd forgotten there were still mousses left. Bonus.
