can they continue to get away with it
my predicament: my partner had a one night stand, she was older and told him contraception didn't matter. However the next morning she informed him she wasn't taking anything. He drove her to a family planning clinic(her idea) that was it, never saw each other again. Mean while we get out acts together and sort out our lives. She phones us seven months later saying she's pregnant and it's his. We have a heated discussion where she tells me she wanted a baby, I tell her " well now you've got one, your on your own". Ten years later she sends in the CSA. We have spent years building up our life and now she is entitled to a % of everything, houses, wages, pensions. If we sneeze she phones the CSA. When are women like this going to be stopped from doing what they want??

CSA is a small price to pay, you could all have HIV.
I do think its unfair that she decided 10 years on to start asking for financial help but both are responsible for this, not just her.

Infact I would be tempted in your position to go for a one off none negotiable final settlement lump sum of say £5K and you'll not see her for dust. Mind you, the lack of mention of whether you have kids too and whether your OH cares he has a child he has never seen is a whole seperate issue, what happens when that child marries, has kids, are they going to stay fatherless?
