The original post expressed regret.
Yes....but the regret probably comes from any fall out now not regret that they said what needed saying.

Sounds like regret at what was said to me.

LISTEN COUNT
i'll explain the reasons behind it.
sister in hospital giveing birth..... family arranging on the 6th day of baby's birth massive celebrations in her home and her hubby agrees!!
she may have c section done or worse so i just said give her space but inmy own words.... LOL
they dont understand civil words .....
they told me to go where the sunwon't shine!!!! in not so nice words and told her hubby not to talk to me ever... hubby agree!!!

so now I am the bay guy.

what do you think??
sounds like an overreaction to me, what does your sister think?
I don't have any problem with you having said what you think. What I'm saying is, make sure you think through the implications. You obviously didn't and then posted the question stating 'say things that you should nt........and you can't un do it' which implies that you regretted saying it.
did your sister agree to the "celebrations"?
postage......LOL LOL you don´t understand families.

Pregnant woman, gets bigger each month, maybe a mother or even grandparents involved, how much does it weigh, it has it,s mother´s nose, don´t be silly it is Uncle Joe.
All wrapped in swaddling clothes, big p1ss up arranged ( the working classes like big p1ssups)....the Juggernaut is impossible to stop postage.

You should have either gone with the flow or gone on holiday (I would have chosen the latter ;-))
lol how did you ever manage to dodge christmasses for all those years sqad...
cazz...LOL it wasn´t easy, but because of my job, Christmas was a quiet time, so we usually went on a cruise.

Question Author
i was,nt thinking about sweet n sour
maybe I'm missing something.. your sister and family want to hold a "do" to celebrate the arrival of their baby, and you don't agree?

and you felt the need to tell her some "home truths" about that?
Is this one of the scenarios where the husband (and father) and his family, being from a different culture, want a happy get-together to welcome the baby into his new family..........and you are worried that your sister may not be 'up-to-it' and would prefer that she came home and recovered quietly, in a more traditional British fashion ?

Has the fact that you B-i-L is 'foreign' caused difficulties before ?

I know it sounds very confusing but she is English and he is born and bread in England but in a very strict religious family from far side of India they have few stepping stones to welcome the baby in to the world i.e.: a wired woman goes in to a trance and gets bit violent she starts to slap the backs of who ever is close to her --- apparently she is the goddess Sheba its very scary and am worried for my sis ….. Is that too harsh??/

Baby will be 6 days old!!!!!

Sis thinks its fine told me to fffffffffffff ooof in so many words..
"he's from far east."

in India

CLASS!
If he is a Hundu, this is what will happen.
