i did like this quote "A lorry driver who has been on the same section of the road for three days told the Global Times: 'We are advised to take detours, but I would rather stay here since I will travel more distance and increase my costs' "

lol red - I only just saw it too!
Why would anyone sit in a car for that length of time? I for one would abandon the bloody thing and go home.
I remember when the guys at work started ringing up moaning there stuck in traffic on a Friday afternoon because of an accident and me saying 'yes thats my mum and dad' :-)
'they were'
Cripes 4get! How awful. I try not to moan about being stuck in the aftermath of an accident - purely for that reason, I am grateful its not me. It is frustrating though.

Remember when all those people were stuck on the M11 in all that snow around Stansted?
some people even drove around the crash site and swore at them out window
OMG! That's absolutely disgraceful
not as bad as when my bros nextdoor neighbour died, he was in early 30's and died of brain aneurysm, the ambulance had to park on the front garden to take him away and the lady in flat underneath asked them to move it as she couldnt get her car out.
