Earache help please

I have got a monster earache and can't make appointment with Dr until tomorrow. (Closed on thursday afternoon).

What is better paracetamol or ibuprofen for this?

If you have some olive oil or almond oil, Chicky - warm some and drop a few drops in your ear and plug with cotton wool. This is very soothing.

I'd take them both with 3 hours in between so that you can get some relief all of the time.

Warmth might help too, as Den says.

Might be a good idea to see a pharmacist at your local chemist before tomorrow. Could be an infection.
