Is there a Broadband Provider with UK Helpline
10 Answers
It seems wrong to me that with all the people struggling to find work in this country that I should have to speak to someone outside the uk if something goes wrong with my internet. Is there a UK provider that uses UK helplines?

Amongst others... it tends to only be the larger companies that offer the mega low price special deals that have their support offshore somewhere (well they have to save the money somehow)

I subscribe to a brilliant service who when you ring up you just let them into your computer and they do all the work. Can't remember what the service is aclled but here's the number: 0800-032-1118.
Doesn't matter what the problem is, provided it's computer related, they can sort it put. I pay about £9.90 a month. Don't know why nowadays as runnning Windows 7 is so brilliant.
They even helped me set up a wii machine to make it wireless!

Well thanks all, I guess no-one knows their provider well until you get a problem or try to leave. BT came out with all the old crap about being in contract, which was a lie as I havent bothered to re-subscribe for 3 years. UKonline seem the most upfront as they actually give a contract to sign, outlining everything in plain english. When I looked at all the reviews of these providers they are full of complaints, but I guess no one ever comments until something goes wrong, and then its going to be negative.
