Most effective antipersperant

What do you think the most effective brand of antipersperant is?

I've been using Dove cream deodorant and it is good. I find the sprays ad the roll-on stuff is useless.

Hi molly I use mineral deodorant stones, they are a wee bit more expensive than sprays/roll-ons but they are much healthier for you, the environment and last for ages. Perspi-Rock do some great products =)

I've never heard of mitchum, does tescos have it?

I'm pretty sure Tescos has it...it comes up on their online shopping website.

The most effective antiperspirant that I and my wife have found and now use exclusively is alum crystal. A crystal half the size of a tennis ball last about a year for 2 people and costs about £1. I believe this is the active ingredient in most anti-perspirants, roll on or spray but you pay about 100 times as much for it. It doesn't leave white marks either.
