ive pitting of nails plus papules on abdomen my brother is a doctor n says it could be fungal but topical fungicides did not work wat should i do the lesions are little bit itchy but not that much to be scratched the papules are reddish in color

You don't say what your brother is a doctor of what, and i'm no expert  but it sounds to me like  PSORIASIS not anything to worry about i've lived with it for years but get it checked out for your own piece of mind.
