Does this ring any bells with anyone: Period that takes 2 weeks to get going and is then very heavy; sensitivity to light and screens; feeling exhausted and hot when walking; painful soles of feet. I've had a blood test this morning but just wondered whether anyone had experienced similar?

Nothing comes to mind.
Iron deficiency anaemia secondary to a heavy period might explain the feeling exhausted and hot when walking, the heavy period could be due to lots of things.
Painful sole of feet.....no idea.

Thanks Sqad. I am being tested for diabetes and thyroid, if that's of any interest!

Right............thyroid disorder IS a possibility. Can´t think that diabetes comes to mind.
