i'm not sure pot noodles actually quailfy as food, if you have pletny of salad with the kebab and avoid fatty sauces its probably slightly healthier than the other two options

yes i am being serious

but i know it sounds like a stupid question

its just that plain salads are a bit boring and sometimes you want something hot

and suggestions welcome
Just eat what you enjoy. After 50 years of not eating this or that I am heavier than I`ve ever been. Whats the pigging point. Mrs Treetops.

Try 'The City Kitchen' stew pots sold in Tescos and probably other supermarkets. I just had one and it was hot and tasted nice.

avoid the salad in kfc, full of chemicals
what about making a casserole?
Hmmm, a casserole or a KFC? I know which I'd go for!
B00... kindly stick to answering the question... your personal opinions are not wanted ;-p
common sense stuff there tony, most diet foods either dont contain enough sustainence or a full of sugar and chemicals
kopend, go for the chicken, ignore the fries and zinger burger
Soup is good too... Homemade (you can control what goes in to it) or the covent garden ones or the fresh own brand soups. My current favourite is tulose sausage and bean... admittedly I'm not sure it's the healthiest one I could go for.
I think that's a perfect diet, if you're looking to become obese and suffer a heart attack by the time you're in your late 30's.
cheese is okay in moderation, bacon is okay in small doses because its processed.
stick to natural food that hasnt been fannied about with

kebabs are an abomination
Chicken kebabs with garlic mayo and extra chilli sauce and red cabbage and lettuce are ace.
