If you went for an entire day without eating or drinking anything and had a hard day at work, would there be a possinilty of you passing out due to exhaustion and dehydration ?

would say if you wanted to experience passing out, that would definitely be the most likely way to experience it. Obviously depending on your general health and amount of sleep it would take longer or shorter, but it may well happen, especially on top of lack of sleep, and I just heard my mother passed out in more or less those circumstances.
Entirely possible, any further blackouts would have to be investigated by your GP though.

I have gone a whole night without sleep and then the following day without food or drink when I was having a bad time with my boyfriend. I felt sick with worry and couldn't eat or sleep. I lost pretty much all concentration whilst at work but didn't pass out. I felt like I could eat a horse the next day though!
