Waiting for test results....

This week is going to be the longest week ever!! Had blood tests done last fri and have done stool sample- i get my results friday.
Feeling worse than ever though and not sure whether I should bother my doctor or wait til friday?

If you're feeling slightly worried, why not call your GP's to see if they have the results in already.
If any consolation, if any problem they do sometimes inform you well before, so maybe no news is good news, whatever these tests were taken for, climber_chick.
I wont pry in case you dont want to say, but i do wish you all the best and good news for the results when you get them. :0)

And please try not to worry yourself...know it's hard, but worrying wont help.

Thanks yogi, having tests done for coeliac, helicobacter, diabetes etc as have had digestive problems. Have lost a lot of weight (over 2 stone) and feel v.unwell :(
Feeling quite down at the moment as this is really affecting my life and I'm only young!

Perfectly understand how you feel, climber_chick.

Once you know for sure what the results are and any course of action, if any, you will feel less anxious as the waiting part iis particularly hard.

I would stil perhaps call your surgery to see if the results are in yet, and if not when they may be. They quote 7 days, but usually about 4 in some cases.

Tell your doctor that you're feeling down as a result of this too, and once again, i do wish you all the best, my lovely.....keep your chin up, sweetheart....ok? :0) xx

Thank you, I appreciate that. Can't wait to find out what exactly is wrong and hopefully to feel a little better! I have forgotten what it feels like to feel well! x

Definitely worth a phonecall to check and tell the receptionist how you feel and if she could please let you know if they come in earlier.
Really hope you get everything sorted soon hun. Good luck with it all. Try not to worry.
