Pins and needles driving me mad

I keep getting pins and needles in my lower left arm down into my fingers. The FH has started to worry me by saying it is circulation related. However, I did have a heavy fall on that shoulder about 6 weeks ago (long ball gown, high heels, lots of wine, dark area, lump of concrete, you can imagine the rest). The pins and needles tend to kick in if I sit or lay in a particular position and are associated with pain in my left shoulder blade. I reckon I've trapped a nerve, its no big deal and it will untrap itself in time. Or should I seek medical help?

if it's got to the point where it's driving you mad, see your GP.
Which fingers?

All apart from my little finger Sqad.
It certainly sounds like a nerve root entrapment secondary to your shoulder injury.

What would I do?......nothing.........Take Ibuprofen 400mgms twice daily and reassess in 2 weeks time.

Thanks Bednobs, but I tend to have to be on my death bed before I see the GP.

Thanks Sqad - ibuprofen is something that I do have in so I've just taken some!
