I have lost GuidePlus programming

Hi, I have a Sony DVD recorder and Bravia digital/Freeview TV and have successfully been using Guideplus to set recordings for 2 or 3 years. This week the programme list disappeared and a message told me that my host station wasn't working. It also told me that ITV 1 was no longer supporting GuidePlus and that I should retune manually to Bid TV (I don't have Sky or cable). This I have done but without success (what a pain it is having to wait 24hrs for the information to download!). Can anyone help please.

have you done a rescan for your tv+freeview? you might have some new channels.

also sometimes you need to do a reboot, such as switching everything off from the mains for about 10 secs then turn it back on.
