I'm not sure how long it stays in your system, according to wikipedia it can be tested for after use through a urine test.

Methedrone......impossible to say as it varies from person to person, but it stays in the "body" and may be detected in the blood or urine for on average up to a week.

No you can´t be tested for it at your GP´s.

Point is, alcohol is a legal drug. You can kill yourself with it but not have to make contact with any criminals.

Hmm, Joeluke - drunken people seem to hurt and maim themselves and other people in many ways - fighting, driving, destroying familes......and the hallucinations described in your link sound very like the sort alcoholics get.
