If its happening every day then like Folly says something may not be right. You may be eating something that triggers it off. I used to suffer with extreme stomach pains a fews years ago due to a stomach ulcer. Every time I had a curry or fish and chips or anything really heavy it would trigger it off. I think you need to see your GP about it Whitebears.
I know you said you don't like milk but is that all milk related drinks like milkshake or hot chocolate? If you don't mind hot choc or a malt drink try that instead of plain milk. I realised quite late that milk can take the edge off the pain even though I can't stand milk on its own.
Hope you feel better soon x

Bi-carb in lemonade is not unpleasant because the sugar in lemonade takes the edge off the bicarbonate.
Hopefully I am being of some assistance but if you are getting regular stomach problems then you should see your Doctor and have things checked-out. As follyfancier has said "something is not right". A point on which tiggerblue agrees; as I do.
