Woke in the night with a high temperature and back ache/ headache, still aching all over and when I ran work at 8am I couldn't stand properly. Feel a little more normal now but my back and shoulders are still aching and actually I have no appetite which is not like me at all!

I had the same about 5/6 weeks ago..No energy at all, I felt terrible, was a bit like the flu. I spent about 4 days just lounging around. Get better soon dotty x
