Just getting over a bout of man-flu, with all the coughing, sneezing & sniffing that goes with it. It got me thinking that I never sneezed in my sleep....Do humans sneeze when they are asleep?

No.
An educated guess suggests that the nerves stimulated to make a sneeze reaction are not 'awake' when we sleep, so are not open to stimulation.
