It would be hard for anyone to provide an accurate review of Perfect Getaways because (as they openly state) their site is simply an advertising point for accommodation owners.
Using that website is similar to looking through the pages of 'Loot' (or similar 'free ads' publications) or of any of the countless holiday magazines that you see on newsagents' shelves. Those publications simply print what the advertisers tell them is true. If you booked with an advertiser, and found that you'd been misled, you couldn't complain to the publishers of the periodical which carried the advert (other than, possibly, to get future adverts blocked).
It's exactly the same with the Perfect Getaways site. You're simply searching for ads which have been placed on the site by property owners. Once something takes your interest you then contact the owner (through the online form) and it's up to you to satisfy yourself that everything is OK, with Perfect Getaways not being involved in any way in your dealings with the owner.
