medial facetectomy l/3

just returned home yesterday after medial facetectomy on lumbar 3 due to lateral recess stenosis does any one know how long it will take for all to settle down, obviously back is a bit sore after surgery, many thanks for any opinions

Operation on 1st October 2010 - I still have some slight residual 'operation pain' (but I had a minor complication and had to have a second procedure a week or so later which prolonged the recovery time).
Take things slowly; be kind to your back.
Don't sit without moving for more than 5 mins at a time to start; if you have any exercises, DO THEM; start off...
