Yeah, right! That wouldn't be a myth put out by men to their partners would it? It would actually - sperm has the same chemical base as saliva, and is about as full of protein, so next time he says ...!

As it's usually only produced by humans in quantities of one or two teaspoonfuls at a time, it probably doesn't matter!

could you dry it out and salt your chips with it?  Maybe not.....

but ejaculatory fluid (not the sperm itself) does contain a (relatively) large amount of zinc.  So guys...eat plenty of bananas if you're at it like rabbits!  Ladies, if you swallow, zinc supplements may not be needed in your diet.
