Hi sqad, just want to know, I take my BP pill (coaprovel) with breakfast but sometimes when we go out for brekkie I forget to take it, can I take it at anytime, or just leave it for that day, it happens usually once or twice a week!

Sorry...your question.....it doesn´t really make much difference whether you take it later during the day or miss out completely and go one day without.

Well I guess it was under a sunlamp, the weather in Ibiza was sh11ty yesterday, although Sunday was gorgeous, and anyway I love the damp and cold which we have today, what's it like there?

All drugs have what we call a half life

The half life referres to the time it takes for one half of the medication to to be broken down and eliminated from your body.

With Coaprovel the half life is about 13 hours.

So in 13 hours your drug has lost 1/2 of it effectiveness
The next 13 hours it has lost 3/4 of its effectiveness
and so on

As you can see by missing it for just one day and there is only about 1/4 effectiveness.
