Is there a problem with Windows 7 and Answer Bank?
Since I moved to Windows 7 I have noticed that I go for very long periods of time, when I cannot get the Answer Bank "Ask your Question" webpage.
I have submitted several 'Contact us' e-mails asking for help, most were acknowledged, but no offer of help has ever been received.
Anyone out there got any ideas? I sure do miss being able to ask questions when I want, rather than when the system wil let me

I presume you are using Internet explorer 8?
If so click on the compatibilit y icon just to the right of the address bar while viewing a page on answerbank and see if that helps. or alternativel y use a different browser such as firefox or chrome (or any of the others, loads to chose from)
