Sqad my brothers test results

Hi sqad the blood test results show he as an over active thyroid. He's still going for a chest xray tomorrow and also the doc told him to make another appointment at the hospital next week ( he can't remember what for) he's also been prescribed propranalol.. I'm just looking into what an over active thyroid is, I really can't thank you enough for the advice mabe it's your calm manner but you really put me at ease thankyou xx

Jonah - the Propranalol will help with his symptons but it would bring the thyroid levels under control. This has to be done with the relevant thyroid medication. I feel sorry for your brother, I know what he is going through and the symptons are horrible.

I'll ask him to ask for it sqad.. I'm relieved it's the right medication, I think that's why he as to make an appointment at the hospital to possibly give him more advice an more checks. I will keep you updated thanks so much sqad and thankyou everyone for your concerns I really appreciate it xx

Den.....nonsense.....Propanolol will do nothing for his thyroid hormone levels.
