Any idea why a 12 lead ECG run on two different machines would say right arm and left leg leads not attached even though they were both times? its a mystery lol

Maybe they were in the wrong place, not attached properly, or a problem with the wires or machine? Maybe you have no circulation in your arms or legs?

Were they attached in the wrong place? Something similar happened to me after an operation a few years ago and it took them a good 20 minutes to figure out they had two of the leads in the wrong places.

did you leave the same disposable sticky do hickeys (technical term) on?

Lead placement was spot on both times. first one done by a gp on her machine, second by me on my monitor. I used both limbs and torso placements. Different dots each time. The anomaly was with the patient. Its a mystery...

Are we using the same leads on two different machines? In which case, fairly obviously, the leads are faulty or the pin connectors. It is not unusual for the leads to fracture internally. Failing that are you sure your arms and legs are attached?
