After having my daughter I found it difficult to shift the extra weight, this despite going to a gym and being sports mad.
Eventually my doctor prescribed tenuate dospan, which certainly did the trick. However the side effects of being nervous and aggressive the whole time were dreadful. I believe the drug is now banned but still available in the U.S.

Just diet and exercise - most diet pills and potions work on the principle of either increasing your metabolism to risky levels (see these posts) or make you poo all the time. Either is not good for you.
There is no Magic Pills, it takes hard work and self discipline.
Look back at the POW camps of Germany, see how skinny all the prisoners were, what did they all have in common? they didnt eat very much, there were no fat or overweight prisoners.
