I have some goals for the next few months...
1) lose weight in general
2) tone upper arms
3) tone thighs
4) lose belly fat
Anyone have any tips on a good diet/lifestyle change that will help me achieve these goals? I've started going on jogs three times a week.. I have quite wide shoulders so I don't want to end up looking like a female bodybuilder so what are the best exercises I could do just to get rid of bingo wings? Basically I want to lose weight fast but I know from experience that fad diets don't work.. so could anyone suggest something that is possible to maintain and will show results moderately quickly? Cheers :-)
