observer viewfinder

Hi folks, have been sitting here, with the Obbo turned to viewfinder, for about an hour, but no further further, despite masses of searches. Can't get this one at all, even though it should be easy, with a topical theme.

"Enjoying the paralympics? this city has a special place in the hearts of disabled athletes, as the first where they felt like regular competitors. The flame was carried across an iconic arch, setting for apopular film abut the search for an abducted son, and the Games were opened by a gay icon singing about a tramp. Name the city".

The pictures are: a) a disabled cyclist (B) what looks like a marina with a very modern bridge across the water (c) an in-focus finder pointing to an out of focus flame (d) a purple fish.

The first PGs were held in Rome and these pix don't look like Rome at all.

a total guess but maybe the film and fish refer Finding Nemo which might indicate Sydney
