i think somewhere in the middle is the best

everyones voice goes up when they get angry

you could perhaps try some linguistic exercises - perhaps get some kind of audio cd... but itd be useless unless you think of it when youre upset.

fact is, when you are angry, the last thing on your mind is sounding sexy and attractive - thats not really the point - so i wouldnt worry about it

also tell them to stop making you angry and you wont go falsetto...
