What Should I Do For Valentine's Day?

I have been dating my girlfriend for just over a year and I'm working away in South Africa until March. I want to do something to show her that I love her. Has anyone any ideas that will work when we are so far apart?

Arrange to have her serenaded......dishy guy....love song....guitar....under her window at midnight.....♥

midnight 0001 on the morning of Valentines so that she is awoken from her slumber or midnight on the night of Valentines so that she goes through the whole day thinking that Zippeedoodah doesnt love her?
