Heartbroken?

Hey, Today when I got up I felt like I got shot in the stomach. I feel heartbroken about something but I don't know what. Help!

Well I was being serious. Everybody dreams, it's a necessary part of the sleep process just some people can never remember having them.

Feelings can be weird, I've often woke up with a feeling of doom, yet nothing in my personal life to explain it. Could it be something that has happened way back in the past?

Yes! When I was small I kept stealing my friends toys. I felt sad for her but I didn't care. now I regret it. Thanks!!!

Actually we do all dream. This is a fact. There is slow wave sleep and rapid eye movement sleep. First refreshes your body and the rem your mind. Some people do not recall their dreams but does not mean they are not having them. Prudie was totally correct.
