How Is It On My Ipad I Have Received Somebody Elses Facebook

i am totally horrified to discover that upon playing candy crush, which now says my session is over, and to sign in using facebook, aghhhhh, i do not have a facebook account, never have, do not want one, but, when i press connect, i have a facebook account appear, with name and email address?????????, abviously not mine....first how do i get rid of it, because as i cannot sign in (dont want to), candy crush will not let me connect to its store etc, i am totally disbelieving that somebodies face book is appearing on my ipad...it is a total disgrace. help somebody.

When on facebook, go to settings, then log out. You should then come out of that fb account

i have had this ipad for three years, with no problems, how can i log out (via settings), if i havent got an account??????, i have tried everything, this old lady is flummoxed.

Are you playing Candy Crush online or the Candy Crush app?

i only ever play c. crush on my ipad via app. i do not hace a facebook account.

Do you recognise the email address as one that you might of emailed at any time?

yes, and i have emailed recipient, who has, said he/she has removed all traces of candy cr. from their facebook account, but it hasnt helped me, as i am still getting their email address via facebook, so it doesnt make sense to me, or maybe i am too old to understand this technology...i do try hard. and to stress again, i personally do not have a facebook account...arrrrghhh.

Try a reboot of your iPad.

Press and hold down the "Sleep/Wake" button and the "Home" button simultaneously for at least 10 seconds.
Release both buttons when the Apple logo appears.
Open the app and see if it's working properly.

oh dear, u have lost me, what/where is a sleep/awake button, never heard of it, completely now think i am losing it, when u try to explain something to an elderly(but intelligent) person, its best to give a bit more detail....i know u are trying to help me, thank you

ok, all i got was connection failed...so sorry...i can play candy cr. but i still cannot progress, so i am thinking of deleting it completely, i am only upto level 410, but, if i delete and start agan,will that facebook account still appear? and why is this happening. answer, why should i get somebody elses account, who else has it happened to? frightening. for me i dont have one, , thank u for trying to help, i am now signing of, but if you can come up with an answer, i will look in again tomorrow, and thank you again. xx.
