are you saying this person only got married to get a green card ?would imagine they would take a pretty grim view of this and if he is no longer married to this person why should he be allowed to stay.

Deep sa, he didn't married just for a green card, but his wife is abusing him for some reason.. He wants to get out of the relationship because it's not getting any better... These women here in this country call USA are very abusive.. They love to slap man in their face n call men all kinds of disrespectful words n when the man lay back their hands on them they ready to call police....
